What cuts of beef are included in each package?

Each package includes a variety of cuts, such as steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more. The specific cuts may vary depending on the package size and availability, but rest assured that you will receive a selection of premium cuts suitable for various cooking methods.

What Does a Deposit mean?

A deposit means money down on your share of beef. After the whole beef is purchased, we will send the cow off to the butcher to be processed and after 3 weeks ship out to you. This ensures that your share is called for whether it be 1/2, 1/4 or an 1/8 beef. 

How is the beef packaged?

Our beef is carefully packaged to ensure freshness and quality. It is vacuum-sealed and frozen to maintain its flavor and texture. 

How long can I store the beef?

When stored properly in the freezer, our beef can be kept for up to 12 months without compromising its quality. We recommend following the USDA guidelines for safe food storage to ensure optimal freshness.

How is the beef sourced?
